We require 48 hours' notice for changes to your appointment, including cancellations & reschedules. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service cost and may not be allowed to reschedule. Cancellations made same day less than an hour before the appointment time may also be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. We ask that you please contact your stylist if you will be late for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Clients who are late 3 times without notice will no longer be allowed to rebook.
